Srushti Talluri
Srushti Talluri is a junior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham majoring in Medical Humanities and is concurrently pursuing a Master of Public Health through UAB’s Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Program, concentrating in Maternal and Child Health Policy and Leadership. With aspirations of becoming a physician, Srushti is deeply committed to advancing access to care and women's health, focusing on reproductive rights and policy reform. Her passion for women’s health is rooted in a dedication to ensuring equitable access to healthcare and protecting individual autonomy through education.

Saisamkalpa Mantrala
Saisamkalpa Mantrala is a current fourth-year at California Northstate University, studying health sciences. Her passion for this project ignited when she was in her junior year of high school, researching the lack of Menstrual Hygiene Management in rural villages of India for an AP Capstone class. With the knowledge she gained through that research report, and being of South Indian descent, she along with a couple of her peers decided to work to provide women of South India with access to free pads and most importantly, education regarding the importance of sanitation during menstruation.

Menitha Poranki
Menitha Poranki is currently a second year resident at Children’s Hospital Oakland, pursuing pediatric medicine. During her time at a medical camp, she realized the vast inaccessibility and misinformation regarding menstrual health in the local villages. She joined PadSeva to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and improve access to menstrual hygiene for women of all ages.

Jayanth Meka
Jayanth is a fourth-year student majoring in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He joined PadSeva because he saw an opportunity to help women from rural villages receive the sanitary pads that they need. He feels that through Pad Seva, he can truly impact the lives of these women in a positive manner, while also helping to break the stigma around women’s menstruation.

Sankalp Ramanujam
Sankalp Ramanujam has grown up predominantly in the Northern California region. He has attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering in addition to a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.). Sankalp has spent the last 16 years acquiring expertise in a variety of roles such as Component Design Engineer, Supply Chain Analysis, Business Management and now his current position as a Sales Development Manager. He enjoys volunteering his free time to worthy community service organizations that can leverage his diverse skillset.
